亲爱的第 2 区社区：

我很荣幸担任纽约市公立学校第 2 区的社区学区总监。我们努力“每天在课堂上追求卓越”，我们可以通过多种方式为我们 2 区学校的学生实现这一目标。与屡获殊荣的教育工作者以及我们出色的父母和家庭一起，学习者获得了参与丰富、高质量文本所需的技能，这些文本为课堂讨论、写作项目和我们美丽城市的实地考察提供了信息。在第 2 区学校，孩子们成长为数学家和科学家，他们将所学应用于现实生活中的挑战和解决问题。我们知道艺术和社区建设是学生成长的关键，我们在所有学校都优先考虑这些学习经历。

The CEC Candidate Forums for District 2 were held in April 2025. Candidate Forums are the best opportunity for the community to meet the candidates running for a council seat. Forums are organized by the district and borough Presidents’ Councils, in collaboration with the Office of Family and Community Empowerment (FACE). ​​ You can find recordings of all NYC CCEC forums here.​
